The Harp Design Co. simultaneously works on two orders with tight deadlines. After a wedding venue orders tables for their grand opening, a former client orders two large movable tables for the opening night of a Waco distillery's tasting room. With so much to do in such a short time, will the team be able to get everything done with the old soul and craftsmanship they apply to everything they do? If not, there may just be countless angry brides and whiskey drinkers at their doorstep!
Clint and his team are excited to tackle a project for a family that has a warehouse full of antique scrap wood and furniture that's open game for them to use. They use salvaged lobster crates to transform an unused entry hall into a useful mud room with wood cubbies and drawers. Clint also creates an entertainment area that includes a giant TV space and builds a unique coffee bar using prefabricated cabinets that he customizes.
Clint and his team are put to the test when family friends ask them to put the finishing touches on their nearly completed dream home. Clint goes all out by creating a fun bedroom for their daughter and a custom kitchen feature he hopes will get them invited over for dinner in the future.
Clint and his team transform a pastor's TV room into a private area where he can write and study, complete with a desk and shelves made from salvaged antique pine. Then, the team creates a space for the family's dog using old cedar from the family farm.
The Wood family asks Clint and the Harp Design team to build an entertainment center to help give their new home a more custom look before their move-in date. A special last-minute request for a new wood door makes this project a real push to the finish.
Steven and Jessica's guest studio has the potential to be a great space, but it's currently just a storage room and music workshop. Clint and team will help the couple transform the space into a warm, inviting guest suite that also functions as a music studio. They'll create a custom Murphy bed that looks like a salvaged wood accent wall when it's not being used, and they'll give the studio's small kitchenette a giant makeover with an over-the-top wood countertop. The studio's sad grey carpet has to go, so the team decides to tackle a Harp Design Co. first: handcrafted wood floors.
With their oldest child away at college, Amy and Ryan conspire with Clint and Kelly on a plan to lure him home for frequent visits. Clint transforms their blank bonus room into the perfect family fun space by creating a custom ash ping pong table with walnut inlay, tapered legs and handcrafted paddles. To make the room even more inviting for guests, Clint designs a three-tier bunk bed that's equal parts fun and functional. But with tight spaces and little wiggle room, the Harp Design team has their work cut out for them when it comes to the bunk bed installation on the second floor.
