Cape Cod style dream home in Raymond, Maine

Jason and Kate Leveille have purchased a lot in Raymond, ME to build their dream home that they can raise their daughter in. Builder Dan Meyer has his work cut out for him as Jason and Kate have a limited budget and also have the added strain of being parents while coping with the stress of a new build. Both builder and future homeowners work hard to overcome budgetary obstacles and get the house complete in time.

Season 2, Episode 2

Contemporary home by the sea in Narragansett, Rhode Island

Steve and Pia Riccitelli are parents to young Luca. They have another baby on the way and will be living with in laws while their dream home by the sea is being built. Steve Lawrence, the builder, takes on the challenge of completing the Riccitelli's home in six months and under budget. He overcomes angry neighbors, design indecisions and a tight deadline to get the Riccitelli's inside their new home on time with new baby in tow.

Multi-level seaside home in Manasquan, New Jersey

Neil and Robin Ducharme live on the Jersey Shore with twins Ava and Lily. Neil, who is also the builder, takes on the challenge of building the perfect dream home for his family. Since his family wants to stay on the Jersey Shore, Neil purchased an existing lot right next door to their current home to build the new house. He will battle Hurricane Sandy and his wife's design indecisions in order to get his family the seaside home they've always wanted.

Tuscan style dream home in Humble, Texas

Tim and Sonya Sloan have lived in the same home for ten years. As the family got bigger, they outgrew their home and have decided they want to build a much larger home. They have put their current home on the market and are hoping it will sell just as their new home gets completed. However, if their home sells beforehand, they will have a less than ideal scenario of moving into a rental. Builder Chris Erickson of Taylor Morrison Homes takes on the challenge of completing the Sloan's home on schedule and under budget.

Season 2, Episode 5

Wheelchair accessible home in Stella, North Carolina

Marine Sergeant Bradley Lang and his wife Alyssa welcomed their son David into the world. However, during his third deployment in Afghanistan, Brad lost both his legs above the knee. With funding from the organization Homes for Our Troops, local builders Allen Wells and Craig Smith have jumped at the opportunity to give Brad a fully ADA complaint wheelchair accessible home. Having never built an ADA complaint home, they will confront strict codes and challenges in building a wheelchair accessible home to make the Lang's dream home a reality.

Season 2, Episode 6

Modular home in Lexington, Massachusetts

Tom and Martha Sevigny are parents to three children and are planning to demolish their existing home and build a modular home in its place. They looked for a short term rental but couldn't find affordable options that were willing to accept their pets. They ultimately bought a 350 sq. ft. trailer to live in, which sits on their backyard. It is up to builder Ed Cavatorta to meet the Sevigny's timeline expectations, as they will be camping through the harsh New England winter.

Low Country Style Home in Savannah, Georgia

Carole Calvert has just relocated from New Mexico to Georgia. She's building a low country style home on her son and daughter-in-laws property, but only has the money from the sale of her previous home to work with. She's hoping her antique finds will allow her to spend more money on her dream kitchen. She does not plan on moving again, and despite advice from her builder, she is set in her ways. Builder Scotty Snipes has 3 months to build Carole's home within budget and with a kitchen that fits her high standards, and he does just that.

Unique rustic style country home in Newtown, Connecticut

Renee and Rob Kinne recently became empty nesters and own 11 acres of land in Newtown, Connecticut that they want to build their dream home on. The house will have a massive barn and other aesthetics of a picture perfect country home such as poplar bark siding. It is up to builder Jim Blansfield to turn the Kinne's dream into reality as he battles an unforgiving New England winter to get the house complete.

Season 2, Episode 9

Low Country retirement home in Carolina Beach, North Carolina

Robert and Diane English are leaving a large family house and building their retirement home in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. They want a home that is built to grow pleasantly old with. They have a small budget, a tight lot and a short timeline. Builder Todd Piper has just 3 months to build the English's home under budget with a design that is energy efficient and low maintenance.

Season 2, Episode 10

Mediterranean style home in Melbourne Beach, Florida

Jessica Wildman and Steve Pontones want to move on from their small apartment in Melbourne Beach, Florida and build their first home. They want energy efficient features such as a solar water heater and stained concrete floors. Doug Wildman, who is the builder and Jessie's father, will tackle manufacturing errors, budget concerns and unfamiliar building methods as he delivers his daughter Jessie and her boyfriend Steve their eco friendly custom Mediterranean style dream home.

Season 2, Episode 11

Contemporary style home in Dallas, Texas

Bob Plessinger and Brian Wilk decided to move to Dallas to build their first home. They want to incorporate green features such as bamboo floors and solar panels. However, they also have a trip planned to Africa in the middle of construction. Builder Scott Branan takes on the challenge of building the house on time and under budget to meet Bob and Brian's high expectations.

Season 2, Episode 12

Custom style lake house in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

After living in a small traditional home, Amanda and Joel Barber want to build a larger home on a 2 acre lot. They want to incorporate features such as a lanai, glass doors and an open floor plan. They want to get their dream home completed in 6 months, however, the unpredictable Myrtle Beach will bring sudden challenges to the build. Builder Eddie Friend navigates weather challenges and the homeowner's indecisions in order to give them their large custom style lake house.

Season 2, Episode 13

New American style home in Woodbury, Connecticut

After scouring the market for existing homes, Steve and Bailey DesRochers decided they want to build their own dream home. They have settled on the New American style, customized to accommodate Steve's traditional and Bailey's modern sensibilities. As they will be travelling a lot during the build, they will have to make their decisions on time. Builders Ralph and Colin Corbo will overcome weather challenges and complete the DesRochers' ultra large, New American style dream home on time and up to par.
