Nashville house flipper Troy Dean Shafer buys and renovates historic homes in communities in and around Nashville, Tennessee. But reviving classic homes isn’t always easy: When you peel back years of neglect, you’re bound to run into unexpected problems. Troy and his team will pull out all the stops as they attempt to bring these amazing homes back to their former glory … without breaking the bank.
