Jason Cameron and Tony "The Goose" Siragusa take the first critical steps in turning a raw basement into a Man Cave featuring a home gym, a poker room, a cutting edge home theater and a Boston Celtics-inspired bar. But before any muscles are pumped, cards dealt, games watched, or beverages consumed, there is a lot of work to be done laying the foundation. Walls will be built, and blood will be spilled!
Hosts Jason Cameron and football great Tony "The Goose" Siragusa create a Boston Garden-themed sports bar with parquet floors, traditional wainscoting, and a tin drop ceiling. But it's Celtics legend JoJo White who comes in with the surprise of a lifetime for homeowner and lifelong Celtics fan Larry Cannalonga. A piece of championship history right in Larry's Man Cave!
Hosts Jason Cameron and Tony "The Goose" Siragusa up the ante in this Man Cave with a racetrack-style poker table built from scratch.
What's a man cave without a state-of-the-art home theater? Tony "The Goose" Siragusa has a vision of creating the perfect room to watch the big game. But before he can install the 70-inch plasma TV or call John Elway for some signature home-theater furnishings, Jason Cameron must build the space to custom perfection, including a slate wall and creating an acoustical environment so we can hear every bone-crunching hit.
Who better to build a home gym than football great and host, Tony "The Goose" Siragusa?
Growing up, Erik Infantes and his older brother Dominick were inseparable. They did everything together, from becoming police officers to cheering on their favorite hockey team, The New Jersey Devils. They were more than brothers; they were best friends. Life changed dramatically, however, when Dom was killed in the line of duty, and things have never been the same since. Jason Cameron and Tony "The Goose" Siragusa (along with a special surprise guest) help Erik and Dom's best friends build the ultimate devil's lounge as a tribute to Dom and to reminisce about old memories, as well as make a few new ones.
Rob Rimberg is a loving family man. He also loves a good cigar. Unfortunately, when it comes to cigars, his family doesn't share the same sentiments. In fact, they force Rob to smoke outside, rain or shine. And let's face it; it's tough to be the man of the house when you're watching TV through the family room window. Enter Jason and Goose... they're here to help Rob build a cigar sanctuary so that he never has to choose between his family and his cigars again.
The Hoboken Fire Department is made up of true heroes. The men themselves are a brotherhood that lay their lives on the line for the safety of their fellow citizens everyday. But the building where they often spend shifts of 24 hours at a time is in bad shape; and with the outside under construction for safety reasons, the department has no money to fix up the inside. Their gym/workout room is pathetic. The weights are all old, rusty and falling apart. Goose and Jason are here to help them turn that old room into an unbelievable recreation room.
Mike Kress has been living with his two best friends for several years and it's been a real bachelor's paradise. But Mike recently got engaged and his fiance Monica is moving in - and she wants his buddies out. So Mike asked for one condition... he gets to make a room in the house into a bar room, so that his buddies can always have a place to drink and reminisce about the old days... and she agreed. So all Mike needs now is for he and his carpentry challenged friends to turn their dank drinking room into a top of the line beer tavern.
Mr. L's barber shop is a man cave in itself. It's run by 3 vintage Italian men Nick, Nick's father Tony and cousin Lou. The shop itself sits on a popular corner of Hoboken and for generations men have come to get their haircut and talk about sports and politics. However, with old pictures on the wall, a small TV sitting atop a classic 100 year old barber chair and clutter everywhere, it's evident that this barber shop is in need of some new style. Jason and Goose come to the rescue to help the three barbers add a little life, energy and a big screen TV to a classic man cave.
Johnny Rodriguez just moved to New Jersey from the only place he's even known, beautiful Miami Beach. With him he brought his lovely wife and 1-year old son. Behind he left his brother and best friend Willie as well as the laid-back lifestyle and tropical temperatures of southern Florida. Johnny's got a good life and he knows it. He is thankful for all that he has. But he'd be lying if he said he wasn't a little homesick. Goose and Jason lend a hand to Johnny and his brother as they attempt to build a little South Beach Oasis in Northern Jersey. After all, who says you can't take it with you? "
The real Mayor of Cincinnati has nothing to do with politics. He happens to be the St. Xavier high school swim coach, Jim Brower. Through selfless hours of commitment, he has not only developed the winningest high school swim team in Ohio history, he has also mentored these boys into becoming fine young men and solid members of society. Now, the community is paying him back by helping Goose and Jason build him an authentic 50s style Man Cave.
The city of Hoboken is best known for its most famous son, Old Blue Eyes himself, Frank Sinatra. In fact his birthplace at 417 Monroe Street houses "The Frank Sinatra Social Club"; a men's club where the members meet twice a week for a big Italian dinner in honor of Frank. A nice tradition to say the least. But the club itself has seen better days. So Jason and Goose are here to help the guys restore the old joint to a place that would make Frank himself proud
