LogHeads and Bear Chairs Go to California
Tommy is hired to custom create a restaurant full of furniture for Knotts Berry Farm in California. The deadline is short and the job challenging, each chair must have a bear sandblasted into it. Tommy struggles to find the design he likes best and kills several attempts before settling on one. With time ticking away he has no time to run the final design by the client for approval before producing and has to hope he nailed something the client will love, a move that is against Rocky Top policy. Tommy and Gwen travel to California to visit the restaurant and to make sure the client is happy with the final design.

Building A Bourbon Barrel Bar
The LogHeads are hired to build a custom outdoor den and bar for a beautiful cabin in scenic Kentucky. Tommy, Gwen and the crew head to The Bourbon Trail for inspiration, and decide to incorporate bourbon barrels in the design. But wild designs, a looming deadline and a limited amount of barrels make this project especially tricky.
A Legendary Baseball Bedroom
The owner of the local baseball team Lexington Legends hires Tommy to build custom bedroom pieces. The furniture is for a fourteen year old boy the owner has recently taken into his home and mentors. Tommy makes it extraordinary by incorporating Louisville Slugger baseball bats into the designs. Meanwhile Gwen has her own LogHead project and leads the way on a series of special tables to be built and decorated for a camp dedicated to helping chronically sick children.
Dream Cabin for the Kin
After years of planning, but slow progress, Tommy and the LogHeads step up to finish Jeff's cabin project. The crew goes all out to surprise Jeff and his family by creating one-of-a-kind log furniture pieces, and other custom items.
The Ultimate LogHead Anniversary Gift
Tommy and Gwen are celebrating twenty-five married years together. Gwen thinks that Tommy is just giving her a new outdoor kitchen as an anniversary gift but little does she know that Tommy has much more up his sleeve. During an anniversary party thrown for Tommy and Gwen, Tommy will surprise her by asking her to marry him all over again and renew their vows right there and then. Tommy then has one more surprise for Gwen and will present her with a beautiful custom bed he has been secretly working on for her.
From Deer Head to Canopy Bed
Gwen hires an interior designer to add a pretty and more feminine touch to show Rocky Top customers an alternative to the usual rustic and masculine log furniture displays in the shop. Tommy struggles to embrace the new change while he figures a way to custom design a full house of furniture for homeowners of a new log cabin he recently built and transport his beloved Chevy truck bed to the Tennessee store.
Best Cabin Ever, Pt.1
Local homeowners and Rocky Top customers are in desperate need for office space and have been eyeing their dilapidated backyard shed as a possible answer. Tommy agrees to take on the project. With a tight deadline he tears down the weathered structure and builds a VIP Executive office from the ground up utilizing cedar logs. Meanwhile Gwen has been busily preparing for their Granddaughter's first birthday party and has asked Tommy to design and make a special toy chest for her. Tommy finds himself on a very tight timeline and juggles building the office, building the furniture for the office and pulling together the toy chest for his favorite little LogHead!
Best Cabin Ever, Pt.2
Susan has been saving her money for years to finally purchase the Rocky Top bedroom suite of her dreams! When Sharon (Rocky Top sales associate AND Tommy's sister) realizes that she might not be able to close the deal because the expensive stain is posing an issue she decides to pull a special favor from her brother Tommy. She gets Tommy to agree to a discounted price and to allow Susan to help him stain! However, this favoritism doesn't sit well with one of the other sales associates, Robin, who happens to be Gwen's sister! In the meantime, sick of seeing so many unhealthy habits going on at the office, Gwen decides she's going on a mission to get her entire staff healthy.
