Summers for the Green family revolve around son Owen's little league games. After most games, the team will come back to the Green's home to play on the lake. But the family isn't happy with their current setup. Docks built years ago are falling apart, and they don't feel there are enough activities to keep a large group of kids and parents occupied. So the Herman brothers and Major League Baseball Network's Sean Casey step in to give the Green's a floating baseball clubhouse.
The Meekers have a great backyard lake for waterskiing and wakeboarding, but they need a spot for people to stay and relax on the property. The Hermans build them a cabin and dock complete with hideaway beds, a roll-up door, viewing porch and start-up platform.
Teresa and Wendell have a big family and a great property complete with a lake. They bring in the Hermans to make everything a little more fun. That means a new deck with a free-standing privacy wall, a corrugated metal roof and a 200-foot mega slide.
Cody has a lake right off his backyard, but his lawn is so steep that he can't fully enjoy the view. He calls in the Hermans to build a structure that connects to a pre-built staircase. They create two decks: one for grilling with a fire pit and a second for lounging and direct lake access.
Amy and Jared have a large property with a lot of space, and they want to make it more fun for their kids. The Herman brothers take over the property and install a concrete fire pit, custom grilling station, landscaping, infinity edge trampoline and a wakeboarding cable course.

Baseball star Jim Thome calls in the Hermans to bring new life into his old cabin. They strip the cabin down to its studs and give the cabin the desired mountain feel using repurposed materials. Then they add a new staircase, custom kitchen with lakeview windows and new finishing and appliances. Finally, they give the exterior a facelift with new siding, roofing, doors and landscaping.
Pastor Ritch asks the Hermans to help their congregation enjoy the church's grounds. They build a patio with a view of the lake, a walkway down to an extra large fire pit and a gazebo to hold weddings and events. They also erect a large dock on the lake to be used for full-immersion baptisms as well as a great fishing spot.

They want to combine their love for cooking and entertaining to bring new life to the land.
