To help Shannon prove this expensive investment will set their family up for success, Scott gives them two options: an interior makeover or an interior makeover with new windows and a deck build.

Scott gives Paddy two options: an interior makeover with new windows or a remodel with new windows and a finished loft space.

Real estate investor, Dan, needs to renovate his worst performing vacation rental to make it a profitable investment. The property is in a great location, has good bones but is in major need of a cosmetic overhaul. To get things moving along, Dan enlists his brother Matt. Scott gives them two options: an interior facelift or a reduced interior facelift with a garage master suite addition.

A Vacation Rental to Help Take Care of Mom

Sisters Jen and Elana recently bought a property next door to their mom. They want to renovate it so they can demand higher rental rates and bring in families who will treat the space carefully. That way, they can afford the waterfront property for the long haul to care for their mom once she retires. Scott gives the sisters two options: an interior facelift with a powder room build or a full interior remodel with a powder room build.
