Season 1, Episode 11

A Hole Lot of History: Part 1

Fred and Sara loved this diminutive, two-storey historical house in a trendy downtown neighborhood and were pleased when the home inspector found no major issues. When things started to go wrong, they asked Mike Holmes for a second opinion. His Holmes Inspection unearthed a few disastrous holes in the home inspector's story. When Mike and his crew get started, things go horribly wrong in part 1 of this two-part episode.
