Cee has been shoving paper mache into the walls in her kitchen to attempt to hold it together, while her partner, Sue, questions the sturdiness of Cee's creative renoations. Bryan can't believe his eyes when he pulls the concoction of glue, flour and paper mache that Cee has been using as mudding in her walls in the kitchen. Will Sue be found at the bottom of the rubble, or will Bryan be able to show Cee the real materials that should be used for filling the holes?

Stacey, the Buddha master of calm, has had a meditative vision of her husband, Kevin, finishing the rec-room in their basement. Kevyn, on the other hand, has a vision of himself being handy, but this vision is only a bad dream. When Bryan discovers Kevyn doesn't have a clue about building a basement, he starts from the basics. Kevyn snaps out of his meditative state long enough for Bryan to show him the path to discovery.

Tony knocks out the bathroom in the basement to accommodate an elephant-size television he bought. As a result, he promised and started to build his wife, Janice, a "dream" bathroom in the laundry room. Janice did not think this was such a bright idea and put the brakes on when she realized that Tony didn't know what he was doing. Bryan comes in to take Tony back to the basics and give him a hand.

Bryan is amazed by the dangers of Benny's backyard disaster, and so are Benny's neighbors. Bryan encourages Benny to put down the yoga mat long enough to make the backyard safer for his kids.
Mark has improperly pieced together his basement. Use of the wrong materials and misuse of the right ones has pushed his wife, Maryse, over the edge. So Maryse calls Bryan to comes in to give Mark a crash course on the proper materials to use and the proper ways to use them.
For Johanne, the local Humane Society has gone to the dogs...and the cats. Johanne and her co-workers, Frances, Shelagh and Andrea, have tried to utilize the small facility to the best of their ability, but a lack of space and know-how has turned it into a real mess. It's up to Bryan to save Johanne and the girls from their cat-tastrophy.
