The coolest thing under the Florida sun is this breezy, two-story boat dock, designed to entice both nature-lovers and watersports fans.

"One of the concepts we came up with is to take from the natural beauty we have on property and incorporate that into our build," says host of Yardcore Joel Moss.

On the edge of this 5-acre property, a 175-foot walkway leads to the boat dock. To soften the walkway, Jake Moss, host of Yardcore, designed wings, which cantilever out and house potted palms.

"The boat dock was built to emulate the architecture of the house," says project manager Dylan Eastman. "The slope of the roof is the same as the slope of the house."
