Make a Blue Hawaiian Cocktail

The ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce blue curaçao
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • .5 ounce coconut milk
  • 1 ounce sweet and sour mix
  • pineapple wedge for garnish

The instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker filled 2/3 with ice. Shake vigorously until jet cold.
  2. Strain cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice. Add garnish.
