Step 1

Bake the Cookies
Make the sandy cookie base, adding 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Bake in cookie form if you’d like, or bake as one large slab.

Crumble the Cookies
Crumble up one cup of cookie crumbs, breaking the rest into larger chunks for dipping or snacking.

Grab Some Fancy Chocolate
Buy the highest quality of white chocolate you can find.

Carefully Melt White Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, mixing between each interval.

Stir Until Smooth
