Gather Ingredients
To make marshmallows, gather the following ingredients: gelatin powder, vanilla, sugar, water, vegetable oil spray, cornstarch, powdered sugar, a 4-6 quart pot, and a flat-bottomed pan. To add a St. Patrick’s Day touch, edible green sparkle flakes and edible gold spray paint are available at most craft stores. To start, spray the pan with vegetable oil and then coat well with cornstarch. Set aside.
