Fill the cavity of silicone molds with hot glue. While the glue is still hot, insert a push pin.
Allow the glue to cool and harden completely; keep an eye on the pin to make sure it does not move.

The hot glue should be cool enough to remove within a minute or two. If there are rough edges from the molding process, use a pair of small sharp scissors to trim them.

Use a dab of hot glue to add a tiny pompom or flower to the top of the push pin.
