Carol and Melissa use colorful wool roving to imitate four types of recognizable beads in felt form. They include mokume gane beads, Dzi beads, lamp worked beads, and gemstone beads. It is remarkable how similar they look to the real thing! Two of the beads use dry/needle felting techniques and the other two use wet felting. All four show a variety of techniques different from one another. The episode will end with a show and tell of fabulous jewelry creations they have made using felt beads.
