Vanilla Ice arrives in Amish country and says goodbye to modern conveniences as he settles into his new life on the farm with his Amish host John. After an early morning wake up call, and a rigorous round of shoveling manure, Ice joins his Amish construction crew to begin renovating an outdated kitchen for a devout Amish family experiencing some hardship.
John wants Vanillia Ice's help on his next big project - a Mennonite family's basement that's in desperate need of an update. The Amish know craftsmanship and Rob knows how to rock out an entertainment space, so together they transform the dungeon-like basement into a modern, zen family room.
Vanilla Ice returns to Ohio to help his Amish ninjas design and build a year-round hunting cabin. Back at John's farm, Rob's chores include an early morning pig stall-cleaning and a showdown with a Billy goat. The episode ends when John challenges Rob to another shootout for a chance to win his buggy back.
Vanilla Ice works with his new Amish Ninja Leon to build a master bedroom and bathroom retreat for a New Order Amish family. When Rob's not bringing the bling inside the house, he plays some Amish games with the Miller's seven young kids.
Vanilla Ice and Melvin check out a horse that Jon may want to buy. But curiosity gets the best of the boys and a buggy race ensues. After Rob and Mel head to see some familiar faces and help the family with a punch list of projects including bedrooms for the kids and a windmill.
