So he closed off the space which opened it up to critters for the last 4 years. There's no foundation, no permits, and no way Mike is leaving without giving Manuel a warm space to fill with new memories. Mike takes it all down to the ground, and for the first time in Holmes history he let's the family play a big role in the rebuild. But before the job's done they'll need to redo a retaining wall, deal with asbestos and Manuel's son, Ben will feel the real pain of a bathroom demo.
