But the homeowners are not the only ones who received a big surprise: Helen gives birth earlier than anticipated, throwing the entire renovation into turmoil.

Jere and Ben continue to build the massive aluminum barge one weld at a time, but when signs of fall creep in, the colder temperatures start to cause problems.
