Designer/Contractor Chip Wade proposes utilizing the space that the carport is currently occupying and turning that into a guest bedroom that would double as an office for Chris when the in-laws are not around. Chip and his crew are able to create an innovative way of separating the guest bedroom to the main living area. And as a surprise for Chris and Helen, Chip decided to renovate the kitchen as well! But the homeowners are not the only ones who received a big surprise: Helen gives birth earlier than anticipated, throwing the entire renovation into turmoil.
