This handyman's hack job left them with multiple leaks, a dangerous exhaust issue, and a plumbing nightmare that has caused the basement to flood every time it rains. They could tell that something was wrong with the way the contractor ran waste pipes from their new bathroom directly into a sump pump. When John DeSilvia arrives to investigate, he discovers dire consequences to the contractor's shoddy workmanship.
