A grand, art deco inspired walkway will spill through the yard with a raised seating area anchoring the center. A basalt water wall along the fence will add a touch of tranquility. The rear of the yard will be transformed with a cozy seat bench wrapped around a natural fire pit, and they'll build a log leg table for dining.
