However, plumbing problems continue to push his timeline and budget, and Rob worries that he may not get finished in time.

Since people love to congregate in the kitchen and dining room, he wants to create a natural flow between the two rooms. Rob knocks out more walls in the dining room and installs a custom painted dome and chandelier to make the dining room dazzle.

Limestone countertops and beautiful gray tile play off the gray tones in the kitchen and give it some contrast. And to round out this design, a special kitchen nook is built with banquet seating, one-of-a-kind table, and geometric lighting.

The view on one side opens up to the pool with an 8 foot accordion window that becomes a pass thru bar when open, underneath is a wall of cabinets beefed up with two beverage fridges, all surrounded by an aqua blue tile backsplash that brings a splash of water indoors. Turn to the side and get ready for a wall-to-wall accordion door that leads the party outside onto a teak tiled patio complete with a fire feature in the round.
