At the end of eight hours, the house and yard are both oozing charm and awaiting reviews from the neighbors.

The project features unusual Mid Century Modern paint color, a paver walkway, and a low maintenance entertainment area to turn this diamond-in-the-rough into a real beauty.

Jason's plan calls for building a new fence with a modern style to help keep their dog corralled. The first story level has three separate lounge zones that are completely sheltered from the rain and surrounded by retractable mesh screens to keep the bugs out. The second story level has decorative privacy screens and a curved translucent polycarbonate pergola that covers a dining zone and BBQ. This deck has a ton of style and privacy, and is truly one of a kind.

Paul has the perfect solution, and it's big! Abundant fire features enable the party to continue well into the evenings, as do two large backlit see-through stone onyx panels. Glass panel railings allow the community to socialize and take in the stunning view of the lake all at the same time.

When it comes to K9 Law Enforcement dogs, Tim Scannell is one of the top trainers in the county. Not only does he run all the training sessions for the Bergen County Sheriffs Department but he also trains dogs for the state police as well as many other agencies. After a long day of work Tim and the boys used to unwind at a local pub where they could recap the day, have a few drinks and unwind with a game of Golden Tee. However once the bar closed down, everyone started meeting up at Tim's house, more specifically in the kitchen. So as the group got bigger and the nights got longer, Tim's wife Kelly reached out to Man Caves in a last ditch effort to save her kitchen. Now Jason and Tony are coming in to turn their kids playroom into a space where Tim and the boys can gather in peace. This Man Cave is going to pay tribute to K9 officers and the K9 partners who serve along side them. This cave will be completed with 2 bars and 2 lounge areas, one for the guys and one for the dogs. We also got Tim and the boys a brand new TV and of course, their very own Golden Tee. Now Kelly's biggest problem is going to be getting these guys to leave.
