With the pressure on to finish this massive project, Rex makes a big mistake that puts delivering the project on time in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Brian's project also involves doors. Don wants to make a steam punk coffee table out of a fire door he just purchased from a picker. Problem is, the steel wrapped door weighs about 200 pounds! Don gives Brian cart blanche on the project, but when Don sees what Brian's up to, he reconsiders.

Host Chris Grundy challenges an army reservist, Brandon Washington, to remodel the master bedroom of the home he shares with his wife, Megumi, like the pros for a chance to win cash. Chris brings in guest judges to inspect the new space and estimate the cost of the renovation. If the expert estimate is more than what was actually spent on the project, Brandon and Megumi win the difference in cold, hard cash!! Megumi is in Japan due to a death in the family, and the couple hasn't seen each other much in the last year. Brandon's been deployed twice and she has been out of the country on business. He wants to do something for her while she's gone to show how much he misses her, so he's decided to renovate their master bedroom, which is in serious need of a facelift. It's small and cramped, has no access to the bathroom, and has an awkward closet arrangement. So he wants to make it better, but he's never tackled anything even remotely close to this in scale, and he has limited help and a limited budget. Can he bring their master bedroom from blah to beautiful?

Local homeowners and Rocky Top customers are in desperate need for office space and have been eyeing their dilapidated backyard shed as a possible answer. Tommy agrees to take on the project. With a tight deadline he tears down the weathered structure and builds a VIP Executive office from the ground up utilizing cedar logs. Meanwhile Gwen has been busily preparing for their Granddaughter's first birthday party and has asked Tommy to design and make a special toy chest for her. Tommy finds himself on a very tight timeline and juggles building the office, building the furniture for the office and pulling together the toy chest for his favorite little LogHead!

She gets Tommy to agree to a discounted price and to allow Susan to help him stain! However, this favoritism doesn't sit well with one of the other sales associates, Robin, who happens to be Gwen's sister! In the meantime, sick of seeing so many unhealthy habits going on at the office, Gwen decides she's going on a mission to get her entire staff healthy.

Meanwhile the sales staff is in an uproar when they learn that the newest and youngest employee on staff got a new office chair! Many of the staff have been around since day one and using chairs that are at least 10 years old. The sales staff doesn't take this chair thing sitting down!

Mike and his team will need to fix the HVAC, redo plumbing, replace windows and properly seal the home to finish the job in the best way under the worst circumstances.

But before the job's done they'll need to redo a retaining wall, deal with asbestos and Manuel's son, Ben will feel the real pain of a bathroom demo.
