With two young children, they want their deck to be multi-faceted, enough space for the adults to entertain, but also with a shaded place to relax as they watch the kids play. Paul comes up with a three-deck layout that includes a dining zone with a covered BBQ, a central lounge deck with curved cedar beams and a retractable awning, and a secondary lounge area to soak up the sun. There is plenty of room on this innovative deck for Kenneth and Tutran's young family to grow into.

Paul decides to build the deck in the shape of a guitar, with a hot tub area that has an interactive metal sculpture above that you can actually turn, and a fire feature.

It has a master bedroom that is furnished with oversize bedroom pieces, a walk in closet that is busting at the seams and a master bath that is both cluttered and grimy. But grime and a monster bed is only half the battle! Steve the homeowner, is part of the problem. He loves his monster bed and he's insisting that it has to stay. On top of that, Danielle also has to deal with a mould issue that shuts down the renovation.
