Season 1, Episode 14

Saving a 1717 Spring House

Carpenter Jeff Devlin and his team take on one of their most challenging projects, a dilapidated 1717 spring house. Homeowners Barbara and Joseph want to turn the spring house into a guest house with a writing space for author Barbara. The spring house was originally used to store fresh food, but hasn't been used since the early 1900s. Jeff and his team restore the original stone, sandblast years of paint off the rafters and convert the attic into an airy sleeping loft.
