Five-Star Foyer

Nicole takes the dark and dim front entryway and opens it up, removing soffits, repairing original stained glass windows, and hunting for salvaged parts to rebuild the fabulous staircase. She must also find a way to repair the front porch floorboards to keep them from falling off the foundation.

Rehab Addict: 4th Street- Dining Room After

After several coats of primer to cover the graffiti, the new dining room is warm and spacious with refinished floors and a raised ceiling. The ceiling is about 16 inches higher than when the project began. The greenery and antique furnishings really give the room color and time definition.

Rehab Addict: 4th Street- Kitchen Cabinets

The cabinets were stripped, stained and left open to create a unique look in the kitchen. Grimy linoleum was hiding the original wide-plank pine sub-floors, so those were restored to keep the authenticity of the house alive.

Rehab Addict: 4th Street Master Bedroom

Spacious and cozy, HGTV's Nicole Curtis's, renovates this farmhouse master bedroom into a perfect vintage oasis. All designing was done by Nicole and her staging through garage sale and thrift store finds. Nicole attempts to reuse all her staging components and focuses on period specific furniture and decor.

Rehab Addict Team Lebron and Nicole: Front Porch After

From weathered to welcomed this front porch comes to live with a fresh coat of paint, a new white railing. The American Flag is Nicole's signature statement upon completion of a renovation, for this property it adds a nice pop of color and classic charm.

Rehab Addict: 4th Street, Home Office After

Nicole Curtis takes old abandoned homes and restores them to their former glory. This is the home office from her 4th street project where she updated the window, gave the room a fresh coat of paint and then outfitted it with an antique wood desk that keeps the decor fitting to the time period of the home.

To make this small room appear larger, Nicole used white in the decor for the windows, bedding, and walls. The large floor to ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light which helps too!

As seen on DIY Network's Nicole Curtis the Rehab Addict this is the exterior backyard of the 4th Street Project. Nicole painted the exterior white to accent the green roof. She also built a privacy fence to replace the broken chain link fence.
