Season 3, Episode 4

Make the Cut

In this episode we look at all kind of cutting tools from a chop saw that cuts through brick and quarter inch steel, to a reciprocating saw that contorts into every conceivable angle so you don't have to. We also take a look a miter saw with an adjustable laser guide, a drawknife for log furniture making, and a smart new jigsaw with dozens of settings including one for bevel cuts. Plus we go to a factory in Buffalo to get the lowdown on RGC's powerful HydraCutter, a chainsaw that cuts through concrete and stone using water power and diamond dust. We'll also head to Greenlee factory in Rockford Illinois to see how they manufacture and test their cool new hole saws.
