Michele Beschen is DIY Network’s high-spirited, how-to hipster with a zeal for all things creative. After 10 years in television, Michele decided the time was right to launch her own local do-it-yourself show in Des Moines. Courage to Create was devoted to encouraging others to discover their creative side. A year later, she formed her own production company and has been nonstop ever since. Michele’s mission is to unleash others' creativity, whether they’re creating unique jewelry or just learning to embrace the benefits of power tools. With her penchant for the eclectic and a knack for the delightfully unconventional, she stamps her imaginative twist on every project and every show.
