Darcy and Heidi recently found a home they love, but it needs a lot of work. Fortunately, Darcy is a very handy guy — and he's a home inspector — so he has a lot of skills that he'll use in the kitchen remodel. He's already completely torn out the old kitchen, and now host Paul Ryan is here to help create a fabulous new kitchen with a combination of rustic and contemporary elements.

In this second of four episodes, Paul and the homeowners install factory custom cabinets, custom-made but built in a factory so they are more affordable than those made by a custom cabinetmaker. Then the center island gets built and the high-style vent hood is installed.
