In this first of four episodes, architects have designed a new plan to expand and unify the kitchen with the rest of the house. The kitchen is completely torn out -- down to the studs, and the wall between the kitchen and dining room is removed. Along the way a few plumbing surprises are discovered. Then the new walls are framed in.
Enjoy a short Video Preview of the kitchen's before-and-after design.
