The function of the center island is great, but the pink countertop makes it less than attractive. So over the course of four episodes, we're going to turn this kitchen around with a soft contemporary style that gives this kitchen the update it needs.
In this episode, we enter the home stretch of our makeover. The engineered quartz countertop is installed. The new sink and faucet is put in. The new stainless steel appliances are brought in and then the last finishing touches.
Use these step-by-step instructions to install a countertop, cut holes for a sink and install a backsplash.
Host Paul Ryan shows how to add corbels and install a kitchen island.
