John Palanca is a master builder. But even more, he’s a pro at demolishing, renovating and refurbishing too. If it has to do with building or unbuilding something, “Palanca” is your guy. He spent eight years in the New York City carpenters union and another four working as a general contractor, so his construction comfort zone is vast and covers everything from house framing and complete brownstone renovations to big-time, high-rise construction.
