Dean and Derek brave the cold Washington, DC weather to create a year-round outdoor room. Using radiant floor heat, heating lamps, and a hip design, they transform a bland back deck and brick yard into a stylish winterized parlor. The Edwards family home is occupied by three 20-something professionals Dana, Mark and Chris. The three siblings frequently use their home to entertain clients for their family's chocolate business. But it's not cutting it. So Dean and Derek redesign the deck, add a snow melting heating system below new stone pavers, and furnish it with style and flair.
