Maryellen Heggen lives in a beautiful home with her husband and son just outside Austin, Texas. There are two things she loves: collecting antiques from around the world and tea. But with the collection expanding, she finds herself lacking a quiet space to sit and enjoy her daily cup of tea. So her son Travis, who is working on his third degree, has the smarts to enlist Dean and Derek to help build the perfect outdoor tea room. The guys have a plan that includes a large waterfall, a fossilized stone patio and new furniture.
