The Donohues are an incredibly active family with a small constraining house. They love to spend time at the local martial arts studio and outside on their woodsy property. Although they do have a deck, it's small and made of painted pressure treated wood. Dean and Derek have a solution. They Turn the Donohue's run down deck into a two-level lounge overlooking the woods just outside their home. To start, Dean and Derek rip out the old painted PT boards, while keeping the original deck framing. They expand the deck as well as add a lower level. For a unique element, the guys incorporate two contrasting color floor boards and an extensive lighting system built into the rails. With a new grill and plenty of seating on both levels, the Donohues are going to love their one-of-a-kind outdoor lounge!
