Step 1: Apply Paint with Sprayer
Mix two parts mineral spirits with one part oil based paint to thin paint for the sprayer.
Load the paint into the sprayer, then spray the shutters. Be sure to keep the sprayer the same distance from the shutters using a fluid motion.
