Orange, purple, plum and rusty red create a lush fall backdrop to any table setting.
Trim the petals and leaves using template outline.
Use the edge of the scissors to curl each petal toward center. Fold the leaves in half and curl edges of leaf.
Nest four sets of petals inside each other with #1 on top. Glue together with a touch of glue in center of petals #2 through #4. Rotate petals as you glue to stagger.
On back of flower glue leaf with the center fold pointing toward you.
To make the mum attachable, glue a hair clip, mini clothespin or flower magnet to back of paper bloom.
For a stemmed flower, gather floral wire, floral tape and a round green piece of paper. Cut a slit to center in the paper round.
Bend tip of floral wire to create a spiral and slide wire through slit of round paper piece.
Glue the paper disk onto the back of the flower to hold wire into place.
Wrap floral tape around floral wire starting at base of flower. Pull gently as you wrap to activate the stick.
Use your paper mums for bouquets, gift toppers, hair flowers or napkin rings.
