How to Make Lemon Bars

Make these tart, but sweet treats for next party or for a fun snack anytime.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

dash salt

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup flour

4 eggs, beaten

6 tablespoons lemon juice

powdered sugar

Directions:

Combine butter, salt, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and flour.

Mix well. Press mixture into 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Combine sugar and remaining flour. Mix in eggs and lemon juice.

Pour into slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

Cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
