How To Make a Pineapple, Banana and Coconut Smoothie
Make refreshing tropical drinks for your next party or for a healthy snack anytime.
2 cups pineapples chunks, frozen
2 bananas, peeled
1 cup coconut water
1 cup ice, crushed
shredded coconut, sweetened (optional)
pineapple, quartered (optional)
To a blender, add the pineapples, bananas, and coconut water and blend on high. Once smooth, add ice as needed and blend once more to achieve the preferred consistency.
Fill glasses with smoothie and garnish with coconut and pineapple, if desired.
