For this project, gather a pencil, some string or twine, scissors, a craft knife, rainbow colored paper, gold glitter paper, foam core, a ruler, double-sided tape and a four-leaf clover template.

Measure

To make a 12-inch wreath, measure six inches in from all directions to find the center of the wreath.

Draw Circle

To draw an even circle, make a loop in the string and measure a six inch length. Fit the loop in the string around the pencil. Pressing the opposite end of the string to the center point, swing the pencil around to draw a circle.

Cut the circle out with a craft knife.

Shorten the length of the string to four inches and then draw a smaller circle.

Cut out the inner circle to form the wreath.

Cut strips of rainbow colored paper into 1-1/2" x 4" strips.

Lay out the paper strips in a rainbow arrangement to determine the correct spacing.

Affix the red and gold strips with double-sided tape at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 positions on a clock face.

Affix each paper strip one by one.

Once the paper strips are affixed, trace 10 four-leaf clovers and cut out with scissors.

Affix the four-leaf clovers with double-sided tape.

Measure out a length of string and affix to the back of the wreath.
