Step 1: Apply Foam Insulation

Safety Alert: Be certain that the power has been turned off at the fuse box!

Spray foam insulation into the electrical box to seal it.

Step 2: Connect the Wires

Lift the transformer onto the electrical box in the ceiling (Image 1). Connect the appropriate wires from the transformer to the light box (Image 2).

Step 3: Assemble the Track

Assemble the track on the floor. Use a five gallon bucket to help bend the track.

Step 4: Insert and Tighten the Pins

Insert the pins at the end of each piece to connect them together. Tighten the pins with an Allen wrench.

Step 5: Screw in the Anchors and Supports

Center the track on the floor with the transformer on the ceiling using a laser as a plumb bob (Image 1).

Use the laser to mark where the supports will go on the ceiling (Image 2).

Punch a hole on the mark with a screwdriver, then screw in the anchors and supports (Image 3).

Step 6: Make the Final Attachments

Raise the rail and attach it to the supports (Image 1).

Attach the light fixtures to the track (Image 2).
