How to Weatherstrip a Door with Self-Stick Foam
Self-stick foam is a very simple and inexpensive option for insulating an exterior door.

Step 1: Measure the Door Frame
Measure the sides and the top of the door frame.
Step 2: Cut and Apply the Foam
Transfer the door frame measurements to the foam and cut the strip to length with scissors. Remove the tape backing and apply the foam to the inside face of the door jamb.
