Step 1: Apply the Base Coat
Apply a base coat and allow to dry. Then apply top coat.
Scrunch and twist a rag. While the top coat is still wet, roll the scrunched rag over the paint to soak up some of the top coat. You may want to practice this painting technique on a cardboard service first for practice.
Step 2: Add a Bamboo Motif
Add bamboo motif over the ragged base. If you prefer, you can use a stencil pattern purchased from a craft store.
