Step 1: Clean the Chandelier
Clean the chandelier and remove the crystals.
Step 2: Paint the Chandelier
Using stencil and artist brushes, paint chandelier with Benjamin Moore Metal and Wood Enamel in black.
Step 3: Paint the Crystals
Using artist brushes and glass paint, paint crystals randomly in red, orange, and blue or whatever colors you prefer.
