Step 1: Clean the Surface of the Desk and Tape Off
Clean the top surface of the desk and tape off the edges. Fill the dents and scratches with car putty using plastic spreaders, then spread to a smooth surface. When dry, the surface is sanded and wiped clean of dust in preparation for painting.
