Select the profile, then insert three like cutters into the slots of the molding cutter. An Allen screw goes through each of the cutters to attach them to the plate. Use an Allen wrench to tighten them in place.
Mount the molding cutter on the arbor of the table saw.
Use a throat plate insert (Image 1) designed for the cutter blades chosen.
Tip: Use a board attached to the fence to hold down the board that's being profiled. This will help make cleaner cuts. When making the cut, move through the cut slowly and keep even pressure on the board (Image 2).
