How to Prepare Kitchen Cabinets for Paint
Follow these steps to get a new look for your kitchen.
In this Project you will:
Step 1: Remove the Doors
Remove the cabinet doors. Use the sanding block to rough up the surface of the cabinets. Be sure to wear a dust mask.
Step 2: Clean Cabinets
Wipe down the cabinets with tack cloth to remove any remaining dust.
Step 3: Tape the Edges and Apply Primer
Apply painter's tape to the edges of the inside of the cabinets to keep them clean. Apply primer.
