Step 1: Cover Floor and Tape Off Trim
Lay out ground cloths and tape down.
Tape off door, window trim and baseboards.
Step 2: Apply the Paint
Cut in with an angle brush and roll on Benjamin Moore's 500 Maidenhair Fern paint on all walls.
Step 3: Mark Panels and Roll on the Glaze
Using pencil, tape measure and level, mark out panels around the room (Image 1).
Tape off panels.
Roll on glaze and Benjamin Moore's 2144-30 Rosemary Spring mix.
Using wide square brushes, run over the glaze to create a strie effect (Image 2).
Step 4: Outline the Panels in Gold
For a whimsical touch, outline the panels using small artist brushes and Chromotone Latex Metallic Pale Gold to create a lighthearted and fresh effect.
