A tired little lamp gets new life from a cobalt glass paint.

Step 1: Paint the Lampshade Base
Remove lampshade and tape off any necessary parts.
Paint entire base with artist brushes and Delta Transparent Glass Paint in Prussian Blue.
Step 2: Add Painted Polka Dots
Tape off all undesired circles on drafting template.
Stipple polka dots through remaining open cirles onto lampshade using 2008-20 Claret Rose Paint.
